Welcome to ABC Preschool's blog!  My name is Sahvanna and I will be the teacher of some of the best preschool kiddos this year.  This is my first year to do the preschool out of my home and I cannot wait to get started!  I have taught preschool ages 2 through PreK for about 4 years now and I know for sure this is what God called me to do!  My sweet husband has been working on our new room for the school and it's almost complete! (Finally.)  Let me tell you a little about what we do.... I love to create an environment where the children make discoveries, explore, solve problems, and develop social skills.  I will be teaching them letter recognition, counting, weather, various weekly themes, spanish, sign language, Bible stories and verses, etc.  I have created a curriculum that allows children to learn by doing hands on activities, arts and crafts, experiments, and using visual and auditory aids.  Most of all, WE have FUN.  I love children and cannot wait to get this year started.  I know they will learn a lot but most of all they will have a blast and be loved. :) Please bear with me, this is my first blog to do and it's a little more difficult then I thought! ;) Ha!
